• Please submit your request in writing. (Preferably on your organizations letterhead, with your Tax ID number.)
• Request must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
• Include the following information:
  • Nature of the event.
  • Date of the event.
  • Location of the event.
  • Potential number of attendees.
  • Contact person. (Name & Phone number)

• Mail your request to our corporate office.

• We cannot accept requests via: Fax, Phone, E-mail or Social Media messaging.

We review all written requests at regular intervals and make a selection as to which requests we can participate in at that time.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every request and are unable to respond individually to each one.
